Refunds and cancellations

Lifetime purchases
You may request a refund for a lifetime purchase within seven calendar days of the verified payment date. Email davidagyekum710@gmail.com from the address on the account and include the Paystack payment reference. Approved refunds remove lifetime access.
Monthly payments
Monthly payments are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewal at any time from Account & billing. Cancellation does not end the current paid period; unlimited access remains until the verified paid-through date.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact billing support promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect. We will verify the Paystack transaction before changing access or issuing any refund.
